Faile // NYC Ballet Art Series

Over the past months, Faile and their studio gang have been creating hundreds of multi-screen prints on wood, all of which are currently being assembled into the Tower of Faile. The tower will form the centre piece for two nights at the New York City Ballet – one next week and one at the end of May – each involving 4 separate performances of contemporary ballet works. Looks pretty serious.

The ballet’s website has more details about tickets (which I fear are sold out) and about dates on and times at which the tower is open for viewing by the public. Those attending the ballet will apparently be able to take home a piece of the tower.

  1. Wow, that is really different. I like the idea. People often save their ticket stubs to remember an event, but getting to take home a peice of the show. How cool is that?

Any thoughts?
